A saddening photo portrays a lovable puppy enduring hunger and loneliness after being deserted with his beloved chair. It seems as though he is still holding onto hope that his owner will return for him.
A few months back, a dog who was only four months old was found waiting patiently on a chair beside the road. The poor pup was too frightened to move away from there as he was hoping that his owners would return.
Sharon Norton was taken aback when Animal Control showed up and found a puppy sitting next to a discarded chair. Disgusted with the perpetrator’s cruelty, Sharon took to Facebook to address them directly: The puppy anxiously waited for its owner to return, slowly wasting away from hunger because it was too scared to leave the chair and search for food. Sharon scolded the culprit and warned them that karma would one day catch up to them.
Luckily, Sharon convinced the dog to come with her and she made sure he was well-fed, taken care of, and received a check-up from a vet. The pup’s tale became an internet sensation and La-Z-Boy Gatson received a flood of requests from people wanting to adopt him. Eventually, he found his forever home and is still living happily with his new family and dog sister after two years.
